General Manager (PortCo.)

What You'll Do

• Create and implement long-term plans. Set goals that align with our mission and values.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Drive continuous improvements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. Find ways to increase revenue and improve efficiency.
• Manage the company P&L, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Inspire and lead your team. Foster a motivating culture and effective collaboration.
• Ensure outstanding customer service. Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (our international team operates in English)
• 3+ years C-level experience
• Proven success leading a sales company or mid-sized business
• Strong social skills and ability to build and lead a successful team
• Sales-driven with hunger to scale the sales organization
• Strategic thinker able to segment markets and structure initiatives
• Financially competent with P&L management experience
