Our Criteria

Companies we are interested in typically meet most of the following criteria.

In business for at least 5-10 years

We prefer established companies with market presence and stable business processes that have been in operation for at least 5-10 years.

Low customer concentration

We prefer companies whose revenues are not dependent on just a few large clients.

EBITDA of at least $300,000

Companies should generate a minimum amount of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).

Low economic sensitivity

Businesses that are not heavily affected by economic fluctuations.

No inventory

We prefer companies without physical inventory and production facilities.

Consistently profitable operating history

Companies with a proven track record of consistent profits over multiple years.

Location-independent

Companies that are not dependent on a specific geographic location.

Independent of third-party platforms

Companies should not be dependent on external platforms (e.g. Amazon or Google) for their core business.

Not purely a service business

Revenue should not be solely based on the billing of human labor.

Qualified team in place

A capable team that can continue driving the business forward.
